As comb shaped dead plates are used between product feeding conveyor and plastic rib belt, products can be smoothly transferred, and trouble-free infeed and discharge are achieved even for products such as cans and small bottles with small body diameters.

The mat top chain because of its small rib width, eliminates fallen bottles owing to jamming on the chain allowing handling of various products in small to large bottles.
